The new generation of intelligent teeth grinding therapeutic instrument developed by Tianwoo integrates multi-channel electromyography (EMG) signal acquisition, electrical stimulation control, power management and Bluetooth communication to build a highly sensitive and highly integrated biofeedback treatment platform. The system is based on low-power MCU (CC2652RB) and Bluetooth BLE module, which supports real-time wireless data transmission and can be seamlessly connected with smart terminals to realize user status monitoring and personalized management of treatment parameters.

The core sensing module detects the weak electrophysiological signals generated by the abnormal tension of the biting muscles and the grinding of teeth at night in real time through the array of flexible EMG sensors (supporting up to 5 channels of input) attached to the face or jaw. The signal is amplified by a high-performance analog front-end (AFE) and low-noise operational amplifiers (TLV8544/8541), and combined with a multi-stage current protection and a precision voltage reference module to effectively improve signal accuracy and system stability.

When abnormal muscle activity is detected, the device can gently intervene with bite muscle tension by outputting micro-current stimulation through the built-in electrical pulse generation circuit (EPG), thus interrupting undesirable teeth grinding behavior and achieving long-term muscle behavior improvement through neuromodulation. In addition, the device adopts a dual-battery redundant power supply and a high-efficiency DC-DC conversion solution (TPS63900) to ensure low-power consumption and high reliability during long hours of use at night.
